Entire process started in the spring of 2017 when we asked Stephanie to advise us on the feasibility of renovating our home in Fisher Park. Her advice was clear, based on the circumstances that we call “life“ and the values of the homes around us, she advised us not to move! However, it was the first and last piece of advice that we did not take. Within several months we had agreed to list our home and start searching for a new home in Greensboro. To make a very long story short, Stephanie was able to negotiate a series of awkward and inconsistent circumstances that, added together, should not have resulted in a successful sale and purchase ... but she made it work! Between a difficult house to sell, a difficult market to buy in, and an emotional seller/buyer (us!) she negotiated extensive repair lists, seemingly unrealistic closing and relocation requests, and even acted as our general contractor to organize repairs on both the selling and buying properties. In the end, she pulled off the impossible. If you are planning to sell and buy a house in the Triad, and you were not using Stephanie Justice, you have the wrong agent.

Over 5 years ago my wife and I started a family “repositioning” of sorts. Our goal was to wait out a sucky realestate market in an effort to relocate our family into a home that would grow with our family and provide our kids with the educational resources we wanted to offer them. When we decided to sell, we were not optimistic because the housing market in Pleasant Garden had been very slow and home values had declined by 10 percent in the past two years. During our fifteen years of ownership we had made some interior upgrades, but we relied on Stephanie to suggest exterior changes to improve the street appeal of the house. She suggested changing the exterior color, and painting the kitchen. We removed some trees to improve the view from the street. We also painted the deck and replaced the air conditioning unit.
